Nestlé has announced that Manish Tiwary, formerly with Amazon India, is set to take over as Managing Director of Nestlé India. Tiwary will succeed Suresh Narayanan, who is set to retire next year. The decision to appoint Tiwary is still subject to board approval. If the nomination is confirmed, Tiwary will assume his new role from August 1, 2025, immediately after Narayanan steps down. Tiwary recently announced his resignation from Amazon.com, where he led the e-commerce giant's operations in India. Prior to his time at Amazon, he held various positions at Unilever in India and the Gulf, as indicated on his LinkedIn profile. Narayanan looks back on an impressive career with the Nestlé Group, spanning over 26 years. He took over the leadership of Nestlé India in October 2015, after having been responsible for corporate operations in the Philippines, Egypt, and Singapore.
