In the wake of the recently escalated dispute between Delta Air Lines and its technology partners, Microsoft has now come forward. The technology company reports that its multiple offers of assistance following last month's catastrophic system outage were rejected by Delta. Similarly, the cybersecurity provider CrowdStrike had previously made comparable statements. According to Microsoft, its employees offered Delta technological support daily from July 19 to July 23. These offers were reportedly rejected each time, according to a letter from the tech giant’s attorneys to Delta's representatives. Even Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella personally sought to make contact. He sent several emails to Delta CEO Ed Bastian but received no response.
