According to current reports, the Polish parcel locker operator InPost is in advanced negotiations to acquire the remaining 70% of shares in the British logistics company Menzies. Originally, Sky News reported that the announcement of the deal is expected later this week; however, InPost has not yet commented. Last year, InPost secured a 30% stake in Menzies for 49.3 million pounds. The company holds a three-year option to acquire the remaining shares, and it is believed that a decision on this move will be made by CEO Rafal Brzoska by the end of the year. With this strategic move, InPost could significantly expand its presence in the UK, one of the fastest-growing markets and central to its expansion strategy.
