Honda Motor Company provided insights into its upcoming technologies this week at the 'Honda 0 Tech Meeting 2024' in Tokyo, technologies that the company is using to prepare its new 0-series of emission-free vehicles for global markets starting in 2026. The Japanese automaker plans to introduce seven new 0-series models worldwide by 2030. The lineup will include models of various sizes, from small to large. The development of the 0-series follows the company's proprietary 'Thin, Light and Wise' approach, which is based on five core values. Earlier this year, Honda unveiled two concept vehicles of the 0-series at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas: the 0-Series Saloon and the Space Hub. Production of the Saloon is set to begin in 2026; this model will be the flagship of the 0-series in production and will closely follow the concept model. Further presentations are planned for CES 2025 this coming January. Honda will unveil a new 0-series model there, incorporating some of the technologies and electrification concepts showcased at the Honda 0 Tech Meeting.
