Nemetschek, the software provider listed on the TecDAX and MDAX, achieved significant increases in sales and results in the first quarter of 2024 and confirms the positive annual forecast. The company reports a 24.5 percent increase in annual recurring revenues (ARR) to 743.6 million euros. Adjusted for currency effects, the increase was even 25.4 percent, which significantly exceeds expectations and indicates strong growth potential for the coming months.

Total revenue increased by 9.4 percent to 223.9 million euros in the same period, currency-adjusted by 10.3 percent. EBITDA improved by 11.9 percent to 68.3 million euros, currency-adjusted at 8.5 percent. This development led to an increase in the EBITDA margin to 30.5 percent, compared with 29.8 percent in the previous year's quarter. The quarterly net profit grew by 17.4 percent to 42.5 million euros, which corresponds to earnings per share of 0.37 euros (previous year: 0.31 euros).

CEO Yves Padrines expressed satisfaction with the successful start to the year: "With the performance in the first quarter, we have created a good foundation to achieve our goals for the full year." For the current year, Nemetschek expects currency-adjusted revenue growth of 10 to 11 percent, after achieving growth of 8 percent last year. Particularly noteworthy is the forecast for the recurring annual revenues, which are expected to grow by around 25 percent, significantly exceeding total income.

The Nemetschek shares exhibited positive performance in XETRA trading, recording an increase of 0.91 percent to 83.20 euros. The solid financial performance and the optimistic forecasts for the current year give the company confidence looking into the future.
