Michael Grosse to become new CEO of Dax corporation Sartorius from July 2025.
Grosse, a graduate mechanical engineer, brings extensive industry experience. After professional positions at BMW and Ford, he worked in the packaging industry for over 20 years. His time at the Swiss Tetra Pak, where he was a board member from 2006, was particularly formative. Lothar Kappich, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sartorius, praised Grosse as a leader: "With his openness, perseverance, and results orientation, he fits excellently into the Sartorius culture." Grosse also showed ambition: "The company has a powerful mission, and I am excited to be able to contribute to the further development of the biopharmaceutical industry in the future.
Sartorius, a leading provider of laboratory and pharmaceutical supplies, has benefited in recent years from the high demand in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. With the personnel decision, the company is focusing on continuity and new impulses to continue its growth course.
