Vegas Golden Knights rely on young talent Trevor Connelly

The Vegas Golden Knights have bolstered their ranks in the NHL Draft by selecting the promising winger Trevor Connelly. The 18-year-old American was chosen with the 19th overall pick and brings impressive statistics from his time with the USHL’s Tri-City Storm: 78 points in 52 games, including 31 goals and 47 assists. Connelly is known for his excellent speed and agility, as well as his outstanding technical skills and game awareness. The team has often relied on all-rounders with strong defensive play, which left a shortage of exceptional scorers.
