Tesla is evolving from a pure electric car manufacturer to a heavyweight in the fields of artificial intelligence and robotics. This viewpoint is held by the well-known analyst Adam Jonas from Morgan Stanley. He compares the importance of the car for Tesla to that of video game chips for Nvidia or book sales for Amazon. Thus, a Tesla is not just a vehicle with a battery, but rather a platform for delivering AI applications. Elon Musk, Tesla's CEO, strongly supports this thesis and states: 'If you do not believe that Tesla will solve autonomy, don’t invest in the company.' However, this statement might deserve a footnote. The Wall Street Journal reported over the weekend that Musk's AI project xAI, which operates alongside his social media platform X, might license Tesla's models to support its autonomy plans. In this context, a revenue-sharing model is being discussed. Musk, however, vehemently dismissed these reports as 'nonsense' in several tweets. Modern Financial Markets Data
