Yesterday, Russia fired more than 200 rockets and drones at large parts of Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the attack as "one of the biggest blows" in the 30-month-long war.
The massive bombardment severely damaged the energy infrastructure across the country. Local authorities in Kyiv and the western Ukrainian city of Lviv reported power outages. According to official reports, the attack killed four people and injured more than 30.
"Like most previous Russian attacks, this one is also equally insidious and targets critical civilian infrastructure," Zelensky wrote in a post on Telegram.
At the same time, Ukrainian forces continued their offensive in the Russian region of Kursk, which began three weeks ago. Zelensky stated that Kyiv's troops had gained control of two more settlements; however, this claim could not be independently verified. Modern Financial Markets Data
