Lightspeed: Redesign for Optimization towards Profitable Growth

The Canadian technology provider Lightspeed Commerce has announced a comprehensive restructuring aimed at positioning the company for sustainable and profitable growth. This initiative aims to direct existing resources towards strategically important business areas while simultaneously reshaping the organizational structure and operations in other areas. Approximately 200 employees will be affected by the realignment. The resulting savings are to be invested in other segments of the company to further advance the strategic goals of enhanced profitable growth. The restructuring costs are largely expected in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2025.
