The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse has appointed Stephanie Eckermann as a member of the Executive Board at its meeting today. From June 1st, she will lead the newly created Post-Trading division, which includes the Securities Services and Fund Services business units as well as the post-trade service provider Clearstream.
Eckermann has been working as Managing Director at the Deutsche Börse Group since 2020 and is currently responsible for the Strategy & Controls Post-Trading division in the Executive Board department of the designated CEO Stephan Leithner. Additionally, she has been a member of the Executive Board of Clearstream Holding AG since 2020 and the Chairperson of the Executive Board of Clearstream Banking AG since 2023. Before her tenure at Deutsche Börse, she worked as a Partner at McKinsey & Company and was a member of the global leadership team in Corporate and Investment Banking.

In XETRA trading, Deutsche Börse shares temporarily fell by 0.52 percent to 183.45 euros.
