HIVE Digital Technologies is making a significant mark in the digital world by heavily investing in infrastructure for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing. The company recently announced the acquisition and deployment of additional NVIDIA H100 GPUs in the Canadian province of Quebec. This initiative is complemented by the addition of the latest NVIDIA H200 GPUs, which have also made their way to Quebec.
With an investment volume of 30 million USD, HIVE underscores its role as a pioneer in the global gig economy and reaffirms its commitment to the digital transformation of artificial intelligence. The NVIDIA H100 group comprises 248 GPUs, connected in 32 nodes and equipped with InfiniBand technology. These have now arrived on-site, are fully configured, and are scheduled to be operational by the end of 2024.
Also on the rise is the NVIDIA H200 group, consisting of 508 GPUs in 64 nodes, which also rely on InfiniBand. Delivery is planned for early January 2025, with installation and customer deployment in the first quarter of 2025. This strategic move aims to propel HIVE Digital Technologies to the forefront of the digital revolution. Modern Financial Markets Data
