Der Bloomberg Commodity CMCI SF UCITS ETF Accum Shs -A- Hedged EUR ist ein passiv gemanagter Exchange Traded Fund, der eine breit diversifizierte Index-Exposure auf Rohstoffe bietet. Im ETF sind insgesamt 28 Rohstoffe enthalten, darunter Metalle wie Gold, Silber und Kupfer, Agrarrohstoffe wie Mais, Weizen oder Soja, Energie- und Industrierohstoffe wie Erdöl oder Erdgas sowie auch unter anderem Proteinrohstoffe wie Rindfleisch oder Schweinefleisch. Der Fonds bietet somit eine breite Diversifikation über verschiedene Rohstoffmärkte hinweg.
Die Anlageklasse des Fonds bildet eine Mischung aus Aktien und Rohstoffen. Dabei legt der ETF seine Mittel vorwiegend in Terminkontrakte auf Rohstoffe an, die auf globalen Terminbörsen wie der CBOT in Chicago oder der NYMEX in New York gehandelt werden. Zudem bietet der ETF ein Hedging-Verfahren an, welches vor Währungsverlusten schützt und somit für Stabilität im Portfolio sorgt.
