Data Licensing

Licensing that doesn't need a lawyer

Legacy vendors take six months of procurement to license market data. Here it's part of the plan you check out with — self-serve, in plain language.

Free

$0 — 10,000 calls/mo

  • Personal projects, evaluation, academic research
  • Internal prototypes
  • Commercial products
  • Redistribution of raw data
  • Attribution required: "Data by Eulerpool" with a link, wherever data is shown publicly

Builder

$99/mo

  • Commercial use in your product
  • Display to your end users (charts, tables, apps)
  • Internal analysis & backtesting
  • Redistribution of raw data (bulk exports, datasets, feeds)
  • No attribution required

Startup & Scale

$499–$1,999/mo

  • Everything in Builder
  • Derived data & signals you compute are yours
  • Caching & storage for serving your product
  • Scale: SLA-backed usage in production infrastructure
  • Reselling data as a data product

Enterprise

from $2,000/mo

  • Redistribution rights (feeds, bulk delivery, SFTP/S3/Snowflake)
  • AI & LLM licensing — training and retrieval
  • Point-in-time datasets for research
  • Custom SLA with credits, DPA, SOC 2 reports
  • Wire transfer, ACH, purchase orders

Plain-language summary, not legal advice — the Terms of Service and your order form govern. Enterprise agreements supersede all of the above.

Licensing FAQ

Yes, from the Builder plan ($99/month) upward. Displaying quotes, fundamentals, charts, and any other API data to your end users inside your product is exactly what the paid plans license. The free tier is for personal and evaluation use with attribution.

Passing raw Eulerpool data onward as data: bulk exports your customers can download, reselling datasets, operating a data feed, or letting third parties query our data wholesale through your API. Displaying data inside your product UI is NOT redistribution — that is licensed from Builder up. True redistribution is licensed on Enterprise.

Yes. Signals, scores, forecasts, and analytics you compute from the data are your intellectual property. You can sell, publish, and redistribute your derived work freely on Startup and Scale plans — only the underlying raw data stays subject to the license.

Retrieval-style use (agents querying via API or MCP at runtime) is fine on any paid plan within your request quota. Training or fine-tuning models on bulk data requires the Enterprise AI/LLM license — proposals within 48 hours, no six-month procurement.

Yes. Caching to serve your own product (performance, rate-limit efficiency) is permitted on all paid plans. Building a permanent mirror to avoid API usage, or serving cached data to third parties as a dataset, falls under redistribution.

A visible "Data by Eulerpool" notice linking to eulerpool.com wherever the data or charts appear publicly. The embed snippets from our chart studio include it automatically. Paid plans have no attribution requirement.
