- FTSE Russell is dedicated to providing independent and transparent benchmark rates that accurately represent the markets and comply with regulatory standards.
- Refinitiv Benchmark Services (UK) Limited (‘RBSL’) acts as the regulated administrator for several benchmarks, including WMR FX Benchmarks, Canadian Dollar Offered Rate (CDOR), Saudi Arabian Interbank Offered Rate (SAIBOR), FTSE Convertible Bond Indices, FTSE/Core Commodity CRB Indices, FTSE Term SONIA, Tokyo Swap Rate, FTSE USD IBOR Cash Fallbacks, and FTSE Term €STR.
- RBSL is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK and is listed in the FCA Register with reference number 610678. RBSL has been granted Part IV permission to administer benchmarks and has received FCA authorization to do so under the UK Benchmark Regulation.
- Following the FCA's announcement on December 1, 2020, UK benchmark administrators, including RBSL, are now listed on the FCA's new UK Benchmarks Register.

Refinitiv Benchmark Services (UK) Limited (‘RBSL’) serves as the regulated administrator for several benchmarks, including WMR FX Benchmarks, Canadian Dollar Offered Rate (CDOR), Saudi Arabian Interbank Offered Rate (SAIBOR), FTSE Convertible Bond Indices, FTSE/Core Commodity CRB Indices, FTSE Term SONIA, Tokyo Swap Rate, FTSE USD IBOR Cash Fallbacks, and FTSE Term €STR.
RBSL holds authorization and regulation in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and it appears on the FCA Register under Reference Number 610678. RBSL possesses Part IV permission for benchmark administration and has been authorized by the FCA to manage benchmarks according to UK Benchmark Regulation.
Following the FCA's announcement on 1 December 2020, UK benchmark administrators, including RBSL, are now listed on the FCA’s new UK Benchmarks Register.
