It offers a 12-month forecast of acquisition likelihood for tens of thousands of public companies worldwide.
- The model is divided into two segments: a text component and a fundamental component. The text component employs a bottom-up strategy, beginning with Reuters News articles, scoring these documents with the BERT-RNA model, and then synthesizing these scores at the company level. The fundamental component utilizes structured data from financial fundamentals, transactions, shareholder activism, pricing, and corporate actions to produce a company score. Both components' outputs are combined to create the final M&A Target Score.
