What you will do
- Stay in close contact with our users and customers and assist with any understanding questions and problems with and around our platform.
- Collect and structure feedback. You are the first point of contact for many of our users.
- Your task will be to further enhance customer proximity and understanding, as well as strengthen trust in our brand.
What we are looking for
- Experience in dealing professionally with customers, business partners, and handling and managing business processes in on- and off-boarding.
- Enthusiasm and composure in dealing with difficult cases and high volumes of requests, especially in stressful times.
