One HTTP call = one request. Batch endpoints let you query multiple symbols in a single call (counted as 1 request). Failed requests (4xx, 5xx) and cached responses do not count against your included quota.

Each plan includes a monthly request quota. If you exceed it, additional requests are billed automatically at your plan's overage rate per 1,000 requests. Usage is aggregated monthly and overage appears on your next invoice.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade instantly. When upgrading mid-cycle, you pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the remaining balance is credited to your account.

Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months compared to monthly — available on Builder, Startup, and Scale plans.

Rate limits vary by plan. Free tier has standard limits. Builder and Startup have progressively higher limits. Scale offers premium rate limits. All plans get burst allowance for short spikes.

Free tier data is delayed by 15 minutes. Builder gets end-of-day data. Startup and Scale get near real-time to real-time data depending on the endpoint and exchange.

Free tier requires attribution ("Data by Eulerpool") in any public-facing product. Paid plans (Builder, Startup, Scale) include full commercial usage rights with no attribution required.

Startup plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA. Scale plans include a 99.99% SLA with dedicated support. Custom SLAs are available for Enterprise agreements.
